Jeff Heiser
Owner and Coach
I think of coaching as a collaborative process where the coach and client work together to achieve the client’s goals. I have a strong desire to support others as they define their goals, discover their passions, and maximize their potential.
With over 20 years of experience as a dynamic and influential leader in non-profits, municipal government, and higher education, I have a strong desire to support others as they define their goals, discover their passions, and maximize their potential. My Bachelor’s Degree is in Cultural Anthropology and my Master’s is in Recreation Management with a specialization in Non-Profit Management. I hold a certificate from the UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education Coaching for Life and Work Program, am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, and am also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
I am equipped to partner with you in building the life and career you envision and rediscovering your sense of self. I look forward to working with you to gain a new perspective.
My wife and I have three kids, and we spend a lot of time at various sporting events, band performances, and camps. We love camping along the coast or mountains, snow skiing, hiking, and surfing. I stay active by swimming on a master’s swim team and running.

“What will happen when we think about what is RIGHT with people rather than fixating on what is wrong with them?”
